Job summary

Vineyard Columbus seeks a Receptionist for the Westerville Campus. This full-time, on-site role supports guests, staff, and ministry programs with friendly, professional service.

You will handle phones, in-person inquiries, and electronic communications, maintain hospitality, and assist with administrative tasks using standard office software. A warm, service-oriented posture and team spirit are essential.

Spanish or French language skills are a plus; a background check is required.

Full Time Hourly Full-Time Westerville Campus, Westerville, OH, US

The Receptionist at our Vineyard Community Center is a full-time position that plays a key role in ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment for our guests whether in person, on the phone or through electronic communications.

Working closely with the Community Engagement Manager, they will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, instructors, and program participants through effective communication, information, connection, compassion and care. They will utilize skills in telephonic, face-to-face & electronic communication to a diverse population. They will use computer programs & systems for ministry support, hospitality, and safety and security.

Desired qualifications:

• Previous professional experience in reception and/or customer service, administrative support preferred
• Strong verbal communication and hospitality skills
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
• Strong attention to detail
• Language skills in Spanish and/or French - preferred
• Strong knowledge of common office software and database use
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Satisfactory background check required for all positions.
