Vineyard Columbus seeks a Receptionist for the Westerville Campus to welcome guests and support ministry operations. The role involves in-person, phone, and electronic communication, using office software to assist staff and volunteers.

The ideal candidate has reception or customer service experience, strong communication and editing skills, and a heart for ministry. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a multi-generational, multi-cultural church community.

Qualifications

• Previous professional reception or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and hospitality skills.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Attention to detail.
• Spanish and/or French language skills preferred.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and database use.
• Satisfactory background check required.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly, welcoming environment for guests in person, on the phone, and online.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, instructors, and participants.
• Use computer systems for ministry support, hospitality, and safety.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with the Community Engagement Manager.
