Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians (JHRP) was created to support community providers delivering health care in locations convenient to patients. JHRP providers and patients benefit from Johns Hopkins Medicine's (JHM) renowned faculty, practices and technological infrastructure. Participating practices receive quality and other oversight by the Johns Hopkins Health System. We provide a framework of centralized services that physicians need to deliver the best care to patients in their own communities.
This is a receptionist position with responsibility for greeting patients, providing information, communicating with departments and performing a variety of secretarial duties. ENTAA Care, a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC. Supports daily office operations by greeting patients, providing instructions, and notifying staff of arrivals. Responsibilities include completing paperwork accurately, updating patient information, collecting co-pays, scanning documents, maintaining the waiting area, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. The role also includes chart prep, referral follow-ups, organizing daily work, collecting balances, and balancing accounts.
Salary Range: Minimum $18.50/hour - Maximum $23.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
