Maserati of Palm Beach is seeking a full-time receptionist to join our Palm Beach showroom. You will handle inbound calls, greet visitors, and support multiple departments with friendly, professional service to elite clientele.

We value a polished phone presence, a strong work ethic, and reliability. This role offers training, growth opportunities, and a family-owned culture within a busy automotive dealership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Telemarketing and/or hospitality experience.
• Exceptional telephone skills, with a high level of comfort and a professional voice.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Ability to learn new software programs.
• Flexible scheduling; automotive dealership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound sales and service calls.
• Operate busy switchboard and communicate efficiently with all customer and internal teams.
• Collecting payment for both service and parts customers.
• Greeting customers upon arrival and exit.

We serve elite clientele and you must always be prepared to provide them with outstanding customer service in all circumstances, and to handle challenging client issues with the diplomacy needed to ensure that they remain loyal customers. You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in every other department of our dealership.
