Job summary

New Country is seeking a full-time receptionist/switchboard operator at our dealership. You will handle inbound calls, greet guests, manage the switchboard, and coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

We value a professional voice, MS Office and CRM familiarity, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in telemarketing or hospitality is a plus.
• Exceptional telephone skills and professional voice.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; scheduling flexibility.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• CRM experience and switchboard handling are beneficial.

We are seeking a full-time receptionists/switchboard operators to work at our dealership. We serve elite clientele and you must always be prepared to provide them with outstanding customer service in all circumstances, and to handle challenging client issues with the diplomacy needed to ensure that they remain loyal customers. You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in every other department of our dealership.

Responsibilities
