Job summary

New Country dealership in Florida is seeking a full-time receptionist with a personable demeanor, strong phone skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service for elite clientele.

You will answer inbound calls, operate busy switchboard, collect payments for service and parts, greet customers, and maintain a professional appearance while collaborating with all departments. Prior telemarketing or hospitality experience is valued; MS Office proficiency and CRM familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in telemarketing and/or hospitality is a plus.
• Exceptional telephone skills with a professional voice.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM familiarity.

We serve elite clientele and you must always be prepared to provide them with outstanding customer service in all circumstances, and to handle challenging client issues with the diplomacy needed to ensure that they remain loyal customers. You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in every other department of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound sales and service calls

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)

• Automotive Dealership Prior experience with an automotive dealership a plus
