Agent Adam C’s Germantown office is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet customers, manage calls and appointments, and support daily office operations. You will engage with customers to understand needs and coordinate with team members to provide insurance options and follow up on requests.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with sales conversations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
