Cameron Barnes - State Farm Agent is hiring a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to support daily operations and deliver outstanding service to clients in our Michigan office. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, scheduling, and client inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will identify opportunities to discuss insurance options, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
