State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - Team Member to join a supportive, detail-oriented office in Petaluma, CA. The role focuses on greeting customers, managing schedules and communications, and handling inquiries while maintaining accurate records.

You will engage with clients to identify insurance options and deliver excellent service, plus assist with various admin tasks to support the team’s workflows.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
