While this position does not require a license, there is potential for advancement to a licensed sales or service role with training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately
• Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Support agency staff with customer follow-up and appointment scheduling
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
