Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish and follow up on customer relationships.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Assist with customer service activities.
• Help expand our brand by assisting clients with claims, billing, quotes, and other needs.

Requirements

• Interest in marketing products/services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, listening.
• People-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Able to learn new computer functions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• 440 / 215 License required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but optional.
