Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Assist with various customer service activities.
  • Help expand our brand by assisting clients with claims, billing, quotes, and other needs.
Requirements
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive in problem solving.
  • Ability to learn new computer functions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • 440 / 215 License required.
  • Bilingual: Spanish preferred but optional.
