Role Description

Mike Hornback State Farm in Prineville, Oregon, is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am - 2pm, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
2. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
3. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
4. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
5. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
6. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications
