Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Support local community events in collaboration with the agent.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.
