You will greet customers, manage appointments, handle inquiries, maintain customer records, and support the team with administrative tasks while exploring opportunities to discuss insurance options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
