Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Receptionist to manage the switchboard, greet walk-in customers, and deliver exceptional service at Napleton Arlington Heights CDJR. This role supports a fast-paced dealership environment with a focus on professional communication and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receptionist experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, and multi-task.
• Should be customer service driven.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Professionally administer all incoming calls.
• Record messages and deliver them to the proper individual.
• Ensure calls are redirected accordingly.
• Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Assist dealership staff as needed.
• Perform clerical duties.
• Order office supplies.

Located at Napleton Arlington Heights CDJR, the Receptionist is responsible for answering the switchboard phones and directing callers quickly and efficiently to the appropriate staff members. The receptionist is also responsible for greeting and directing walk-in customers, while delivering a great customer experience.
