Job summary

The Northbridge Companies is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet residents, families, and visitors at our Maine community. You will be the face of the building, answer phones, route calls, manage mail, and coordinate basic information for residents and staff.

This Saturday-only shift from 8am to 4:30pm offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment while working with a collaborative team in a senior-living setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with basic office equipment and computer applications.
  • Empathy for senior residents.
  • Professional, compassionate and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors with a friendly attitude.
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer or take messages as needed.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Assist residents and families with general information and inquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for residents with community services.
  • Perform general clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Monitor and control access to the community to ensure safety.

Receptionist Job Summary

As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and associates, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. You’ll be the face of our community and all we represent.

Responsibilities
