Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Terre Haute is seeking a part-time Weekend Receptionist to handle a variety of clerical tasks, answer calls, direct inquiries, and manage mail distribution. This role supports our administrative functions and patient-centered environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience. Weekend coverage is required with meaningful benefits included.

How You Will Make a Difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

PT Weekend Receptionist

Saturday and Sunday 9 AM - 6 PM
