Koelsch Communities' Northbrook Inn memory care is seeking an enthusiastic receptionist for a full-time role. Earn between $18 and $19/hour with multiple shifts (7AM-3PM and 11AM-7:30PM), including every other weekend, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.

You will greet residents and guests, answer phones, manage office tasks, and provide outstanding customer service. Qualifications include a friendly, professional demeanor and ability to multitask; drug screening and background checks

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must display excellent customer service.
• Must be drug free and pass screening on hire and periodically.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information such as community address and directions.
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail; maintains publications.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Assists with related clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing & collating.
• Other duties as assigned.

Full-time opportunity!

Earn between $18 and $19/hour, dependent on experience!

Multiple Shifts! 7AM - 3PM & 11AM - 7:30PM including every other weekend.

You enjoy providing outstanding customer service. Receptionists are responsible for greeting residents and guests, answering phones, and managing various office functions. They also demonstrate exceptional customer service to current and future employees.

What You'll Do

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
