Mountain Region Ambulatory is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet visitors, answer multi-line calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate department. The role supports daily operations and upholds our mission and values.

This PRN position at a Colorado Springs facility emphasizes courtesy, accuracy in filing and mail tasks, and maintaining resident and staff contact information. Training provided; schedule varies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED is required.
• One year of related experience is preferred.
• Schedule: PRN (variable)

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and visitors courteously. Determines their needs. Answers all questions and directs them as needed.
• Handles all assigned word processing, filing, mail sorting and delivery accurately.
• Issues resident and employee meal tickets and maintains checklist.
• Maintains a current file/listing of residents including name, room, telephone number, emergency contacts and phone numbers of on- call, key personnel.
• Follows OSHA guidelines and facility safety programs to ensure a safe environment.
