Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and ambitious Receptionist/HR Coordinator to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the Director, HR & Operations, this role supports HR functions and office management.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet visitors and manage guest check-in professionally and warmly.
  2. Answer and direct calls for the reception and HR departments.
  3. Manage mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  4. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
  5. Provide administrative support such as scheduling, calendar management, expense handling, and announcements.
  6. Serve as the main contact for office supplies and management.
  7. Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  8. Track company vehicles and insurance for affiliates.
  9. Coordinate office catering and engagement events.
  10. Oversee general office needs, including supplies and equipment maintenance.
  11. Support troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR team.
Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Flexible, motivated, collaborative, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP, Photoshop.
  • Fluency in Korean is highly preferred.
