AutoNation in Miami is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet customers, answer and direct calls, and keep front desk operations running smoothly. You will manage messages, provide basic information, and support various admin tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Take thorough messages with caller details (name, company, time, message).
• Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
• Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the Accounting Department.
• Serve as a backup to the Sales Department Cashier.
• Assist the General Manager with clerical duties as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
