Job summary

AutoNation, one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States, is seeking a Business Development Associate to handle inbound sales calls, build relationships with customers, and schedule appointments for Sales Associates.

You will identify client needs, address questions about cost and warranties, perform outbound prospecting, mail marketing letters, and follow up after visits to ensure customer satisfaction. You will attend Sales Department meetings to align on targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales phone calls and leads.
