Job summary

AutoNation's Auction Lot Operations Associate coordinates vehicle flow for sale, verifying drop-offs and stock-in data. You will ensure correct stickering, lane placement, and assist on sale day, while following safety procedures and supporting multiple teams on the lot.

This role involves moving vehicles, checking registrations, and maintaining efficient lot operations to deliver a smooth auction experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check vehicles being dropped off and ensure delivery.
• Enter stock-in data with VIN, color, mileage into the system.
• Print windshield stickers and place on each vehicle.
• Coordinate lane assignments and assist on sale day activities.
• Follow safety procedures and support operations and reconditioning teams.

The Auction Lot Operations Associate works closely with the auction team to coordinate vehicles for sale, review work performed, ensure efficient sale line-up and operational flow.What are the day-to-day responsibilities?Checking vehicles being dropped off at auction and ensuring delivery.Completing all initial vehicle stock-in; manually entering or scanning VIN and adding vehicle identifiers (i.e. color, mileage) into the system.Printing and placing appropriate windshield stickers on the vehicle.Providing check-in forms daily to vehicle registration desk.Walking the lot to ensure correct windshield stickers are on each vehicle and vehicles are in their appropriate lane and lot number.
