Job summary

PAPE' MACHINERY, INC. - CONSTRUCTION & FORESTRY DIVISION - KENT, WA is seeking a Receptionist to be the face and voice of the branch. You will handle customer interactions, perform diverse administrative tasks, and support managers with expense reporting and banking deposits.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and teamwork are essential. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and be the face/voice of the Kent branch.
• Provide administrative support to branch and managers.
• Assist with accounts payable inquiries and expense reporting.
• Take customer payments and prepare bank deposits.
