Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers both internal and external.
• Strong typing and computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as the face and voice of the branch.
• Perform administrative duties to support the branch and managers.
• Assist with accounts payable inquiries and expense reporting.
• Take customer payments and prepare bank deposits.
• Other duties as needed.
