Job summary

You will perform accounts payable support, expenses, payments, deposits, and other duties while maintaining a welcoming, efficient office environment. A customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Above-average typing and computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of the branch, delivering excellent customer experience.
• Perform administrative tasks: AP inquiries, expense reporting, taking payments, deposits, and related duties.
• Support branch and managers and assist with accounts payable.
