Franklin Medical Center is seeking a Receptionist for the Orthopedic Clinic to greet patients, collect information, and schedule appointments. Under the Orthopedic Clinic Manager’s direction, you will admit patients and ensure accurate data entry according to clinic policies.
The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and basic computer skills. Prior clerical experience and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Orthopedic Clinic Manager, you are responsible for obtaining the required information, admitting patients, and making appointments for patients in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures directed by your supervisor.
Responsible to: Orthopedic Clinic Manager
Positions Directly Supervised: None
Regular Contact with: All clinic personnel, Physicians, and the public.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience: Desired, but not required. 2 years of clerical experience preferred.
Has exposure to blood borne pathogens.
