Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center in Trenton, NJ seeks a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, residents, families and staff, and to support daily front-desk operations at our long-term care facility.

The role is full-time across shifts, requiring strong communication and customer-service skills, data-entry accuracy, and a professional, courteous demeanor to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests and team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry or office support experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communications skills (oral and written).
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families and staff as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security and safety policies.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
• Support various departments and administrative tasks as assigned.
