Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. This role emphasizes friendly, personalized service and smooth scheduling to ensure client satisfaction.

As a seasonal position, you will support a fast-paced office environment, handling in-person, phone, and virtual interactions while maintaining organization and cleanliness with the team.
