Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist at our Arkansas franchise. You will greet clients, answer phones, and direct them to the right tax professional, helping to deliver a smooth, friendly client experience.

This role requires multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, and comfort with Microsoft Office. The franchisee handles hiring decisions, so you’ll report to the local office and contribute to a positive, efficiency-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment and/or customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work at multiple locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
