Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and help keep the office organized with the team.

This season's role supports everyday client experiences, with opportunities to grow in customer service and sales within a supportive franchise network.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
