Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Ramona, CA. You will answer phones, greet clients, and connect them with the right tax professional to meet their needs.

You will schedule appointments, ensure client satisfaction across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and help keep the office organized alongside the team. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
