H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer calls, and coordinate scheduling with tax professionals. You will help connect clients with the right specialist and ensure each visit meets expectations in person, by phone, or virtually.

The role emphasizes fast-paced service, strong organization, and a friendly, professional demeanor, with opportunities to grow as you support a busy tax season. Seasonal, on-site position.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

This office is an independently owned and operated franchise office operating under an agreement with H&R Block. Franchisees make their own hiring decisions and any questions regarding employment at this office should be made directly to the franchisee.

Pay Range

$15.92 - $17.00/Hr.
