H&R Block in Ida Grove, IA is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert. You will schedule appointments, support the team, maintain a tidy office, and help deliver a friendly, efficient client experience in person, over the phone or virtually.

This role is ideal for organized individuals who can multitask in a fast-paced setting and thrive in a team environment.
