Job summary

H&R Block in Genoa City, Wisconsin is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure a smooth, friendly experience.

The role requires fast pace, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Previous customer service experience is preferred, with flexibility to work at multiple locations if needed.
