H&R Block in Chatsworth, Georgia is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure every client leaves satisfied.

This fast-paced role requires strong multitasking, good organization, and basic computer skills to use Microsoft Office. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule across multiple locations may be required.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
