H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer calls, and coordinate client scheduling at our Caney, KS office. You will help connect clients with the right tax professionals and ensure a positive experience across in-person, phone, and virtual services.

• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
