H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and match customers with the right tax professional. The role involves scheduling, supporting clients across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and maintaining a clean, organized office environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced customer service, strong multitasking and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
