H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. In a fast-paced environment, you will multitask across scheduling, client inquiries, and coordinating with team members to maintain a clean and organized front desk.

This role emphasizes friendly service, accurate appointment handling, and ensuring each client feels valued as they begin their tax journey.
