Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Skowhegan, Maine to greet clients, answer phones, and help connect them with the right tax professional, delivering friendly, personalized service.

The role supports scheduling, ensures client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions, and contributes to a clean, organized office environment. The position is part-time and seasonal, with a pay range of $16 to $22 per hour.

• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
