Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and help connect them with the right tax professional. You will schedule clients and ensure service needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

The role emphasizes fast-paced customer service, strong organization, and collaboration with the team. This position is typically on-site within a franchise office in a community setting.
