Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You’ll schedule appointments, keep the office organized, and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels.

You should enjoy a fast-paced environment, bring strong customer service experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Flexible location and multi-location scheduling are a plus.
