Avantara Huron is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our skilled nursing team. This part-time role covers evenings and weekends (20–24 hours per week) and focuses on greeting guests, directing calls, and providing clerical support to the facility team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior receptionist or customer service experience. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a receptionist and/or customer service preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff; answer and direct calls and guests.
• Provide office/clerical support to the facilities team to maintain smooth operations.
• Receive, sort and forward incoming mail and packages; assist with basic administrative tasks.
