Job summary

Drybar is hiring a receptionist in a fast-paced salon environment. The role requires 1+ years in customer service, preferably with POS systems, and a professional brand image.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred; salon/spa experience preferred but not required.
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image; set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere.
• Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members.
• Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system; ensure client information is recorded accurately and timely.
• Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to team.
• Maintain ethics when handling client payments and tips/commissions; balance cash drawer.
• Maintain clear communication with shop management about shop operations.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, be a self-starter with problem-solving ability; multi-task effectively.
• Assist with shop cleanliness and supporting stylists to improve efficiency.
• Highschool Diploma required.

We are looking for a receptionist who has:

• 1+years in a fast-paced, customer service environment

• Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to team.
• Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and Stylists tips/commissions. Balance cash drawer at opening, close and shift changes.
• Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, is a self-starter and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task with ease.
• Assist with the cleanliness of the shop; be proactive in ensuring the utmost care. Assist stylists with their needs to improve efficiency.
• Highschool Diploma required.
