Job summary

Lorensen Auto Group's Honda of Watertown is seeking a team member for reception and cashier duties. The role involves calculating bills, handling payments, answering calls, and maintaining orderly records in a fast-paced dealership environment.

We value excellent customer service, a professional appearance, and the ability to work Monday–Thursday evenings and Saturdays. A valid driver's license is required, and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments is preferred.
• Availability Mon-Thu 4pm–8pm and Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments and record on the repair order/counter ticket.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Communicate professionally to minimize hold times.
• File repair orders and parts tickets.
• End of day cash out.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
