Mullinax Ford is hiring a personable receptionist/cashier to join our multi-store enterprise. The role requires a professional appearance and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prior dealership experience is preferred but not required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

The position includes greeting clients, handling phone calls, cashiering, and supporting multiple departments. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth within a growing regional

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have professional appearance.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting.
• Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Capability of multi-tasking in fast-paced environment with heavy volume of transactions.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phone system, receive and re-direct phone calls.
• Greets all clients, vendors and other customers in professional manner.
• Asserts a professional level of phone etiquette and utilizes Company’s phone scripting appropriately.
• Cashiering of parts and service customers.
• Computerized transactions including receipting of sales deposits, processing license plates, scanning, and uploading photos.
• Assisting other departments.
• Follow all Company procedures and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Will vary, no nights, some weekends.

• Strong attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
