Come Join our Accounting Team!

FULL TIME Open Position

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30-6, Saturday 8:30-5

You are the VOICE of our Dealership. Bill Dube Ford Toyota is a long-established business in Dover, New Hampshire.

Duties include:

1. Cashiering customers
2. Answers and directs all incoming calls
3. Closing Repair Orders and Parts Slips
4. Receipting in Monies for the purchase of new or used vehicles
5. Additional clerical/accounting functions

Qualifications:

• The ability to work well with multiple other departments.
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once.
• Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience is a plus.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
