Bill Dube Ford Toyota, a long-established dealership in Dover, New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time team member to join our accounting department.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

You will be the voice of our dealership, handling various clerical and accounting duties.

Responsibilities include:

• Cashiering customers
• Answering and directing all incoming calls
• Closing repair orders and parts slips
• Processing payments for vehicle purchases
• Performing additional clerical and accounting functions

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls simultaneously
• Dealership or retail receptionist experience is a plus
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
