Join Our Accounting Team!

Full-time position available at Bill Dube Ford Toyota, a well-established dealership in Dover, New Hampshire.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Role Overview: As a vital part of our team, you will serve as the voice of our dealership, handling various clerical and customer service duties.

Responsibilities include:

1. Cashiering customers
2. Answering and directing all incoming calls
3. Closing repair orders and parts slips
4. Processing payments for vehicle purchases
5. Performing additional clerical and accounting functions

Qualifications:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple phone calls
• Dealership or retail receptionist experience is a plus
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including background checks and drug tests
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
